Outpost is led by executive chef, local restaurateur, and New Jersey native Bradley Rodriguez. Bradley has spent the last quarter-century immersed in some of the best kitchens in the country honing his craft. A father of three, lifelong surfer and true waterman, his connection to the ocean drives his passion for seafood and creating perfectly crafted sushi. Working intimately with local fisherman, farmers, and purveyors, Bradley ensures that he sources the best quality ingredients from responsible and sustainable sources. Every fish that comes through the door is selected, aged, and butchered by Bradley himself. Our sushi rice is milled fresh weekly straight from Japan. Our seaweed, soy sauce, ginger and other essential ingredients and garnishes have been carefully curated for purity, quality, and optimal taste profile.
